Andrew J.G. Patenall was a faculty member in the Department of English at the University of Toronto from 1966 until 2007. He was also the founding Director of the Stratford Summer Seminars in Stratford, Ontario, which featured Actors, Directors, Designers and Academics investigating all aspects of Shakespearian drama. Dr Patenall is currently retired, increasingly grumpy, and enraged daily by Philistinism.
